Preparation:

To ensure our time is maximized, all clients must fill out a branding questionnaire and provide inspiration links prior to our meeting. Additionally, please share your current brand links and any necessary access (such as Canva) to facilitate a smooth and efficient session.

  • Everything after the session is final. If you require additional work or revisions, you will need to book more time.

  • Once you pay for the service, Emily will send out a calendar invite to schedule your three hour session.

  • Traditional branding is meticulously researched and driven by market data and insights. The Quickie, however, offers a cosmetic refresh—ideal if you're not satisfied with your current brand, want to add new elements, or need additional factors your brand is lacking.

  • Yes, all sales are final. See Terms & Conditions for further details.

  • You must fill out the branding questionnaire and provide inspiration links before our session. This preparation ensures we can be time-efficient and make the most of our three hours together.

  • Yes. If we quickly address your visual identity, we can move on to other tasks such as business assets, website graphics, or other materials you need for your brand.

  • Emily will send you your own private drive link where you can submit all of your branded assets prior to our call. This is the same folder where you will have your branding questionnaire located!

  • You can reschedule your session as long as you notify Emily at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, sessions not rescheduled within this timeframe will result in a forfeit of funds.

  • We will provide a drive link with your new branding assets in under 24 hours.
