Terms & Conditions for The Quickie

By purchasing The Quickie, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Payments are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by the service provider (see Section 5).

2. Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your session by providing written notice at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will result in a forfeiture of funds.

• One reschedule is permitted per booking.

3. Session Scope

• The Quickie is a three-hour intensive branding session designed to deliver specific assets outlined in the offer description.

• Additional services or revisions outside the scope of the session will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must complete and submit the provided pre-session questionnaire at least 48 hours before the session.

• Failure to provide the necessary information may result in delays or a reduced scope of deliverables.

5. Cancellations by the Service Provider

• In the rare event that the service provider must cancel the session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All assets provided during The Quickie session are delivered with full usage rights for the client.

• The service provider retains the right to feature the work in portfolios, promotional materials, and case studies.

7. Liability

• The service provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of assets created during The Quickie session.

8. Confidentiality

• All information shared by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing The Quickie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
