The 360

1. Scope of Work

E ✣ WEST will provide a comprehensive brand identity transformation, which includes:

  • Brand strategy & visual identity development

  • Logo, typography, and color direction

  • Custom Squarespace website (up to 5 pages; additional pages subject to extra fees)

  • Social media identity & launch plan

  • Email & marketing design system

  • A 1:1 experience with Emily Westberg, with weekly strategy sessions

  • A final Brand Style Guide for consistency across platforms

Any additional work beyond this scope will require a separate agreement and fee.

2. Payment & Pricing

Clients can choose from the following payment options:

  • Pay in Full: $5,250 (Save $250)

  • Two Payments: $2,750 x 2 (First payment required to begin, second due at project midpoint)

All payments are non-refundable, as this is a customized service.

3. Payment Terms (Two Paymets)

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed midpoint of the project.

  • If the second payment is not received, work will be paused until payment is made.

4. Revisions & Client Responsibilities

  • The package includes two rounds of revisions per project phase. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

  • The client must provide timely feedback to ensure the project stays on schedule.

If delays are caused by the client’s lack of response for more than 14 days, E ✣ WEST reserves the right to pause or reschedule the project.

5. Website Development & Deliverables

  • Your Squarespace website includes up to 5 pages. Additional pages will require an extra fee.

  • All brand assets (logos, templates, guides) will be delivered in industry-standard formats.

  • The client is responsible for purchasing their Squarespace domain and hosting plan separately.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to all final brand assets.

  • E ✣ WEST retains the right to feature the project in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials.

  • Work cannot be resold, transferred, or altered by third parties without proper attribution.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of this service:

  • No refunds will be issued after payment has been made.

  • If the client chooses to cancel before completion, any unpaid balance for work completed is still due.

If E ✣ WEST needs to cancel for any unforeseen reason, a partial refund may be issued at its discretion.

8. Communication & Scheduling

  • Clients receive weekly 1:1 strategy calls with Emily Westberg at a mutually agreed time.

  • Email support is available throughout the project, with responses provided within 48 hours on business days.

Any rescheduled meetings require 24-hour notice. Missed meetings without notice will not be rescheduled.

9. Liability

E ✣ WEST is not responsible for:

  • Third-party services, including domain registration, hosting, or software updates.

  • Business performance outcomes post-branding. While strategic branding increases visibility and engagement, results depend on multiple factors outside E ✣ WEST’s control.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing The 360, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This agreement is legally binding between E ✣ WEST and the client.
