The brand foundation. Built live.

What's included in The Quickie

A foundation that looks, feels and functions like one brand.

One focused, three-hour working session to clarify the position and build the visual identity your business needs now. Every Quickie centers on the decisions and identity elements that make a brand recognizable.

  1. Pre-session brand and category review

Before we meet, Emily reviews your business, current brand, category, references and goals.

  2. One live three-hour working session

Decisions are made together, in real time, as the brand is designed.

  3. Positioning and creative direction

Strategy shaped around your highest-priority needs.

  4. Logo or wordmark system

[Placeholder] A primary mark, secondary lockups and clear-space rules that hold up from favicon to storefront.

  5. Typography

[Placeholder] A display and body pairing, with a hierarchy for headlines, captions and UI.

  6. Color

[Placeholder] A core palette with supporting tones and guidance on how they work together.

  7. Illustration and/or photography direction

[Placeholder] The visual language for imagery: subject, tone, treatment and what to avoid.

  8. Key social and website mockup applications

How the identity lives in the world.

  9. Finalized brand assets and organized files

[Placeholder] Logos in every format, fonts, color codes and templates, sorted and named for handoff.

  10. Delivery within three business days

[Placeholder] Everything from the session, polished and packaged, in your inbox by end of week.

If strong identity elements already exist, we can direct more of the session toward messaging, naming direction, launch creative or another high-priority brand application. Priorities are established before the session so every minute is spent where it will create the most movement. The social and website applications created during The Quickie demonstrate how the identity lives in the world. Editable templates, finished campaign assets and expanded production-ready applications are available as add-ons.

“I've worked as a creative director for hotel companies for over a decade. In the past, I've spent $20K, $40K, even $60K with agencies that delivered far less in far more time. The brand Emily delivered after a three-hour working session was thoughtful and differentiated. It felt weighty and valuable. I loved it—and my investors immediately did too.”

Your brand should feel like a world. Not a collection of disconnected decisions.

The business is real. The product works. The idea has traction. But the brand still looks like it was built one decision at a time, or it no longer reflects where the company is going. Maybe the logo, colors, type, messaging and content all work separately, but not together. Maybe the business evolved faster than the brand did. Or maybe the entire thing is still living in your Notes app because you can see the idea, but not yet the world around it.

The Quickie brings the pieces into one clear system. Built with you, in real time.

What you actually get

Nothing pre-made.
Nothing dropped into a template.

Before we meet, Emily reviews your business, brand, category and references. In the session you design together — what stays, what shifts, what makes it unmistakably yours. You leave with a creative system, not just a new look.

Direct access. Real decisions.
An identity you can use.

The founder works directly with an experienced Creative Director. There are no layers of account management, no junior handoff and no waiting weeks between presentations. The work happens collaboratively and the output is immediate.

What you leave with

  1. Clarity

A defined position and direction for the brand, so you are no longer collecting ideas or second-guessing every decision.

  2. Cohesion

Positioning, type, color, imagery, tone and layout operating as one recognizable world.

  3. Usable assets

Finalized creative, organized files and clear direction you can immediately use to launch, pitch, post, build or brief your team.

  4. Momentum

Decisions that normally stretch across weeks are made live, with final files delivered within three business days.

Tangible results.

01 Personal brand Jayme

Before

Jayme had spent more than a decade building content and community around her voice, her story and her beautifully messy life. She could create anything, but when it came to the business, brand partnerships and presenting herself professionally, the direction felt scattered.

After

We built a bold, dynamic system that felt entirely hers: a hand-drawn logo, a refined color story and a clear visual framework. She now has a brand she can show up with—and pitch with—confidently.

From scattered personal brand Cohesive founder identity

02 CPG Alba

Before

[Placeholder] A product with real traction and a brand built one decision at a time: a logo from one era, colors from another, social templates from a third. Nothing wrong on its own, nothing recognizable together.

After

[Placeholder] One system. A sharpened wordmark, a tight palette, a type pairing that carries from can to carousel, and launch-ready applications the team could use the same week.

From fragmented brand assets One recognizable system

Built for the moment when

  • The business has outgrown the brand.
  • The idea is strong, but the visual direction is not clear.
  • Too many references and half-decisions have started working against each other.
  • You need a real identity without surrendering months to a traditional agency process.
  • You are ready to make decisions and move.

The Quickie works best for founder-led businesses with one primary decision-maker who is prepared to participate, respond and make decisions in real time.

Because exceptional branding does not require months of meetings. It requires experience, focus and the right decisions made in the room.

Three focused hours. One clear identity. A brand ready to move.

Have more questions?

How is The Quickie different from a traditional branding engagement?

A traditional engagement may include months of research, stakeholder interviews, testing, presentations and revision rounds. The Quickie compresses strategy and identity development into one highly focused working session with the founder or primary decision-maker. It is best for founder-led businesses prepared to participate and make decisions in real time. It is not designed for large-scale research or consensus processes involving multiple stakeholder groups.

What will we build during the three hours?

Every Quickie is scoped around the decisions that will create the greatest movement for the business. Most sessions establish or evolve the brand's positioning, logo direction, typography, color, imagery and key applications. If foundational identity elements are already strong, we can use more of the session for messaging, naming direction, launch creative, website direction or another priority application.

Is The Quickie only for new businesses?

No. The Quickie can create a foundational identity for a new venture or evolve an existing brand that no longer reflects the quality, position or direction of the business.

Can my team join?

The Quickie works best with the founder or one primary decision-maker. A second essential stakeholder may join when necessary, but it is not designed for committee-led review or multiple rounds of internal approval.

What do I need to do before the session?

Complete the brand questionnaire at least 48 hours before your scheduled session and upload your current assets, relevant references and inspiration. The stronger the context and specificity of what you need, the further we can go during the session.

How do I schedule my session?

After purchasing, you will receive an email with a link to schedule your three-hour session. If it does not arrive, contact info@ewest.io.

What is the difference between an application mockup and an add-on?

The Quickie includes key social and website mockups that demonstrate how the new identity can live in the world. Add-ons turn that direction into expanded, production-ready tools such as editable Canva templates, finished launch content, pitch materials, packaging or website design.

What happens if I want to keep building after the session?

Music to our ears. The Quickie creates the foundation. From there, the identity can be expanded through add-ons, an additional creative execution day or a custom engagement shaped around what the brand needs next.

When will I receive my files?

Your finalized assets and organized files are delivered within three business days of the session.

What if I need to reschedule?

You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions changed with less than 48 hours' notice are forfeited.

Are sales final?

Yes. All sales are final. Please review the Terms & Conditions before booking.
